Holistic Therapies offer you the chance to relax, rebalance and restore your energy and wellbeing. Therapies include Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology, Mian Dui (Facial Massage), Pregnancy Massage, Indian Head Massage, Swedish Massage, Reiki and Crystal Healing.

Hi, I’m Nicola, married and mum of two. I love everything connected to wellbeing and holistic therapies. I live in Hullbridge, Essex where I have a natural wood log cabin which is my sanctuary for treatments, meditation, and women’s circles and believe it is a safe, warm, comfy, and welcoming environment.
I have personally been receiving complementary therapies since I was 15 years old which I found supported me through different stages in my life even during pregnancy. So I naturally explored training into the field of Holistic Therapies and now offer a range of treatments to support ladies.
I believe that the therapies I offer have a positive effect on your wellbeing and may aid with deep relaxation, sleep, releasing tension, improve your mood, and ease stress. I am a fully insured Massage Therapist, Reflexologist, Reiki Master, Law of Attraction Practitioner and Crystal Healing Practitioner including pregnancy treatments. I love to help women of all ages feel relaxed, restored and rebalanced on an emotional, physical and spiritual level to aid wellbeing.
In 2019 I started to stock items that I loved and wanted to purchase myself. This was due to not being able to find a local shop to go and view items before purchasing so I purchased a few items for myself first to check the quality before buying items into sell. So now through my log cabin and online shop I sell Oracle Cards, Crystals, Himalayan Salt Lamps, mugs and much more.
During the consultation I would assess and discuss your requirements and establish the best way to tailor your treatment to meet your needs. We would also discuss any allergies so I know what products are best for your skin type. I try to use natural products or vegan products wherever possible.
Through the qualifications I have gained I have become a full member of AOR (Association of Reflexologists), CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council) and FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists)

Reflexology

An ancient very relaxing pressure point massage of reflexes on the feet and/or hands to help create a more balanced body. It can aid relaxation, improve sleep and reduce stress.
Maternity Reflexology

Maternity reflexology is a gentle massage which supports ladies throughout their pregnancy journey. This treatment is also beneficial in the post natal stages.
Pregnancy Massage

A relaxing massage of the legs, arms and back which is beneficial for a mum to be.
Swedish Massage

A Deep tissue massage which can aid with muscle tension and movement, stress and relaxation. Swedish Massage can be completed on your back, legs, arms and face.
Indian Head Massage

Traditionally a seated massage of the shoulders, upper back, neck, arms and head, followed by a pressure point massage of your face. This treatment can help relieve stress and tension and help balance the body.
Reiki

A relaxing and restoring treatment working with your bodies energies to help nurture your physical, spiritual and emotional well-being. This is a touch or non touch treatment.
Crystal Healing

Crystal Healing is a beautiful treatment that uses the properties and energy of the crystals to help balance your chakra’s.
Mian Dui

Uplifting Facial Massage that promote feeling refreshed and revitalised. Incorporates Lymphatic Drainage, Facial Reflexology, Acupressure points and Gua Sha Crystals.
